Shipping & Handling


All Foreign Hearts domestic orders have free shipping over $100 unless we have another offer on. Please read the below information carefully before making your purchase.


Delivery and Handling time

We know you want your new clothing ASAP, therefore orders placed before 2pm each business day are packed and sent the same day. We use Australia Post for postage. Delivery time will depend on the area you live and Australia Post. However, some regional areas outside the post network may take longer than metro areas.. All items are shipping from Tewantin Qld 4565. Some specialty or pre-order items may take longer to ship out to you; customers who's orders cannot be shipped out as per our handling specifications will be notified via email.

If you have not received your items within 7 business days of conformation of your order please contact us with your full name and order number and we will look into it immediately. It is often worthwhile checking your local post office to ensure it isn't there waiting for you.

Tracking your order

Once your order is packed and has left our dispatch office, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel through Australia Post. 

If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

Large orders

ID may be required for larger orders or orders that PayPal/banks have required ID for before shipment. We will send you an email directly after order should you need to verify your ID with us.

Delivery Damage

We use protective packaging and reputable shipping companies, to limit delivery damage as much as possible. Although transit damage is rare, it can sometime occur. If you have received a package that you deem damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving with photos and details of the damage.

Acceptance of Delivery

It is the responsibility of all customers to organise their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they chose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. 

Incorrect Address

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, you need to contact us before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not issue a refund or pay for re-delivery of your purchase.
