Returns & Exchanges


We at Foreign Hearts understand that buying stuff online can sometimes be difficult, so we have in place a full exchange system. Shop with peace of mind knowing that if you are not 100% happy with your item you will be eligible for a full exchange (less shipping costs). If you are not happy with your purchase, please read the below details.


Our returns and exchange policy lasts 14 days, that means we must physically receive the item to be refunded by our cut off date. Due to the high volume of turn over, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us immediately.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, all tags must still be attached. Foreign Hearts reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if item/s are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way (this includes traces of perfume, deodorant etc.)

Exchanges

Purchased the wrong size or colour...No problems! Please contact us directly to arrange replacement item. Please note exchanges also apply to our 14 day returns policy and no items received after this period will be eligible for exchange. You will receive instructions via email with the exchange details. All items need to be returned in their original condition to: PO Box 6234 Maroochydore BC Queensland AU 4558 with a copy of the original order. If you have not contacted us first, we will not be able to process your exchange. We cannot guarantee your item will be available in the size or colour you wish to exchange too, so please make sure you contact us immediately if you wish for another item. 


Refunds
We do not offer refunds for simply changing your mind, however, If you have a faulty or misguided item, please contact us immediately as you may be entitled to a full refund as per the Australian consumer rights act. 


If your refund is approved, it will then be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Damaged or Faulty Items
All our items are thoroughly inspected for any faults and/or imperfections before dispatch. If you find any damages or faults to a product shipped to you, please report all faults by contacting us within 24 hours of receiving them. Please include photographs and full explanation of the issues found. We are happy to replace items or offer a full refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Foreign Hearts does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing, due to low probability of fault after close inspection in the warehouse. Items that have obviously been warn are not covered by this warrantee and no refund or exchange will be supplied.

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or full refund.
